When will my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled within two business days. During the holidays, fulfillment may take up to four business days.
What payment options do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure Stripe checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If an item in your order is wrong or missing, contact us and we will work out an exchange.
Which soap should I choose?
Charcoal for oily or acne-prone skin. Turmeric, Ginger & Honey for blemishes and hyperpigmentation. Yogurt for dry, sensitive, or mature skin. Herbal for eczema-prone skin. Cherry Blossom for a moisturizing, spa-like bar.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin and children?
Our soaps are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients and keep their natural glycerin, which makes them gentle. The Herbal soap and the Acne, Blemish & Eczema Balm set are formulated to be gentle enough for both children and adults. If you have a known allergy, check the ingredients or contact us first.
