Shipping

All orders are fulfilled within two business days. During the holidays, fulfillment may take up to four business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If an item in your order is wrong or missing, email info@tayosoap.com within seven days of delivery and we will work out an exchange.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. We do not sell or share your information and we run no advertising trackers on this site. Your bag is stored only in your own browser.

Our products are handmade from natural ingredients and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy, review the ingredients or contact us before purchasing.
